Our Transitional Living Program offers adults facing homelessness a stable housing environment while working closely with Supportive Case Managers to regain their independence. These services take place within our facilities and in the community, and are available to both males and females ages 17 and up.

Our Community Supportive Case Management Services are designed for adults who demonstrate a need to receive services to help them cope with their mental health diagnosis, and to help them solidify independence. These services take place both in the home and community, and are available for adolescents and adults ages 17 and up.

Our Intensive In-Home Services are designed to work with children and their families to prevent out of home placement. Services are also available for children that are transitioning back into their home from an out of home placement. These services take place primarily in the home, and are available for children and adolescents ages 5 - 21.

Our Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) Services offer early intervention help with children that have a Developmental Disability. These services focus on behavioral treatment, and collaboration with different professionals to ensure the best all around treatment.

Our Hispanic Intervention Services are designed to advocate, nurture, and provide Hispanic families with the opportunity to achieve their highest potential as contributing community members. The services have two major components to achieve desired outcomes, bilingual family support services and in-home counseling.
